We are delighted to announce that Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s HSJ Awards, recognising outstanding contributions to healthcare.
Brendan McGrath, Consultant Anaesthetist at MFT has been shortlisted in the Clinical Leader of the Year category.
The Trust is also a finalist in the Environmental Sustainability Award for ‘A Manchester Journey to Net Zero Carbon.’
Finally, the Junior Doctors Leaders Group at North Manchester General Hospital have been shortlisted in the ‘Freedom to Speak up Organisation of the Year’ category.
The next stage will see all finalists give a presentation to the HSJ judging panels. This will take place virtually between Monday 27th September and Monday 4th October. The HSJ Awards Ceremony will then take place on Thursday 18th November in London. Good luck and well done to our shortlisted colleagues.
