This service helps rehabilitate patients aged 18 or over with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions (i.e. problems relating to the nervous system) needing specialist rehabilitation in the community setting.
The team forms part of the Greater Manchester Neurosciences network.
The team includes a Parkinson’s Specialist Nurse and a Stroke Nurse.
