We are a nurse-led service providing assessment and management of patients with wounds on the lower leg that have been present for more than 4 weeks, and some patients with additional lower limb problems as per referral criteria.
Holistic assessments are carried out by nurses to identify the cause(s) of ulcers and draw up an appropriate treatment plan.
