About

Mr Java is a consultant in both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) and Head & Neck reconstructive surgery for the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

He offers a full range of OMFS services, including head and neck oncology, facial plastic surgery and the treatment of skin lesions, trauma, and oral surgical conditions.

Mr Java qualified in both medicine and dentistry, with his basic surgical training including appointments in neurosurgery, general surgery and ENT surgery. He then completed higher surgical training in OMFS in Merseyside, achieving a fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

In 2019, Mr Java was appointed as an NHS consultant in maxillofacial, head and neck surgical oncology and reconstruction. He currently leads the regional head and neck cancer services based in North Manchester General Hospital.
