About our service

Welcome to our Complex Endometriosis Service – a nationally accredited (BSGE) endometriosis treatment centre.

We understand that complex endometriosis can significantly impact quality of life, fertility, and overall wellbeing, often requiring more than standard treatment approaches. Our multidisciplinary team of experts offers advanced diagnostics, medical and surgical management, as well as offering support around diagnosis and management. Whether you’ve struggled with long-term pain, failed treatments, or complications involving other organs, we’re here to provide compassionate, expert-led care to help you manage your endometriosis.

How can I access this service?

You would need to be referred by your GP or hospital consultant.

Where would I be seen?

Our clinics are now held at Withington Community Hospital.

If you have any queries relating to appointments or waiting lists you can contact the Endometriosis Administrative Team on 0161 276 6000 and select Option 1 (Monday-Friday; 9.00 am-3.30 pm).

If you are under the care of Saint Mary’s Hospital Endometriosis Team or have been referred for assessment due to suspected or diagnosed endometriosis and you require clinical support or advice regarding your condition, you can contact our Endometriosis Clinical Nurse Specialist Team on endometriosis.nurses@mft.nhs.uk.
