Biography
Dr Busby trained at the University of West Indies and qualified in 1996. She trained in obstetrics and gynaecology in Manchester and gained her MRCOG in 2002. She was appointed as Consultant Gynaecologist at Saint Mary’s Hospital in 2009.
Dr Busby is the clinical lead consultant for benign gynaecology in Saint Mary’s Hospital.
She has established a tertiary service for paediatric and adolescent gynaecology in Saint Mary’s, which links with the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital to provide a more effective and robust service for these clients.
Dr Busby has a keen interest in medical education and is a member of the educational board in Saint Mary’s Hospital.
