Biography
Graduated from Manchester University in 1987. He obtained higher training and research in Newcastle and London, returning to Manchester as a Consultant in 2000.
Dr Bullen provides a full range of Fetal Medicine Services including:
- Ultrasound scanning and invasive testing for prenatal diagnosis (amniocentesis, CVS and fetal blood sampling).
- He also developed and leads the regional fetal transfusion service.
He runs a special interest joint antenatal clinic with a Neurologist.
He was Clinical Director for Obstetric Services at Saint Mary’s Hospital between 2007-2010.
