The North West Genomics Laboratory Hub is served by two specialist integrated haematological-malignancy diagnostic services. These are based in Liverpool (Cheshire and Merseyside HODS) and Manchester (Greater Manchester HCDP).
Both services provide histopathology, immunophenotyping, cytogenetics and molecular analysis to inform integrated diagnostic assessments for leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related disorders.
Referrals should be raised on the HODS system and routed via the relevant SIHMDS service. New users are advised to contact HODSenquiries@rlbuht.nhs.uk (Liverpool) or MFT Labs IT Service Desk (Manchester) on 0161 276 4079 for access to the relevant HODS system.
