This truly is an exceptional time to join our Trust.
As a Single Hospital Service uniting multiple hospitals and a provider of community services to the people of Manchester and Trafford, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is building an organisation that’s fit for the future.
We’re changing the way we deliver care in order to address health inequalities in our region. We’ll continue to grow research, education and investment into our region, and attract highly skilled staff. We’ll be able to take a more sustainable approach to tackle the rising demand on services, staff shortages and significant money pressures. And we’ll be able to provide much better, safer, more consistent care for patients from across the City of Manchester, Trafford and Greater Manchester.
To achieve all of this, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust will soon grow again, to include North Manchester General Hospital (currently part of The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust).
This is an exciting and challenging period in the delivery of health and social care in Greater Manchester, and one that provides a wealth of opportunity for all. Together we can make a real difference to the health outcomes, wellness and quality of life of our diverse communities. To do this we need outstanding people to come and deliver our services directly to our patients, and to provide invaluable support services behind the scenes.
Join us and you’ll be part of a diverse team of individuals delivering vital services to the benefit of our local community. You’ll thrive in our open, inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone matters, and is treated with the dignity, care and respect they deserve. With a comprehensive support network and ongoing development opportunities, you’ll have everything you need to be your best.
Whatever you need to build a great future, you’ll see that it’s all here for you.
