Staff Governor (Non-Clinical and Support)

Staff Governor for Non-Clinical and Support

I have worked in the NHS for over 14 years to deliver the best possible healthcare services to staff and patients as part of the quality improvement and digital transformation programmes of work.

As a member of the BME network for NHS England, I actively engage in supporting the Trust to develop and maintain a representative workforce and inclusive leadership by raising the visibility, profile and contribution of BME staff.

My leadership qualities include honesty, integrity, professionalism, self-motivation, and realistic optimism which I will use as part of my Staff Governor role when representing the views of patients, families, and staff.  I feel this will prove beneficial and contribute to the Trust-wide agenda of achieving improved outcomes and high-quality, effective services.

Elected: September 2022 (1st term)
