Public Governor for Rest of Greater Manchester

As a qualified accountant alongside the skills and experiences gained from holding senior roles in leadership, IT and finance as part of the NHS and other public sector agencies, are attributes that I will use as part of my MFT Governor role.

As a member of the Board of Trustees of several charities, the governance skills that I have acquired will also be of benefit in my Governor role to appropriately seek assurances on behalf of members around NHS resourcing and spending.  Engagement with the wider public to promote relevant health information and plans will also be a key involvement area that I am keen to pursue.
