Staff Governor for Non-Clinical and Support

During my NHS career, I have championed for the best possible care for the patients and supported fund raising, charitable donations and many more projects.

I have a great passion for positive staff-wellbeing and recently taken on the role of Mental Health Support Worker supporting the Trust and staff  in having great working environments, boosting moral and promoting  and fostering positive experiences.

As a Staff Governor a key focus for me will be representing members’ views and seeking appropriate assurances from Non-Executive Directors , supporting patient accessibility to fair and compassionate healthcare and promoting positive staff well-being.
