Staff Governor for Other Clinical

My aim as a Staff Governor is to represent colleagues putting forward staff members’ views and also appropriately highlighting the key decisions and opportunities made by the Trust.

As a key part of my Governor role, I enjoy engaging with staff and look forward to working with fellow support staff to represent their views.  I will also continue to work hard to champion membership of the Trust and encourage staff to be active members by sharing their ideas and suggestions and support the Trust to fulfil its aims and purposes.

As a Governor, I am keen to listen to staff members and receive views about ways to further improve the working environment and quality of patient care.  Alongside my fellow Governors, the suggestions received will be shared with the Trust’s Directors to further develop MFT’s services in keeping with the interests of patients, service users and staff.
