Public Governor for Trafford Constituency

As a patient, parent, and carer I have had the privilege of benefiting from the excellent care provided by the Trust’s staff.

I have lived in Trafford for over 30 years and as a senior leader in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry I have worked with the NHS throughout my career. As the chair of governors at a local grammar school, my commercial and governance experience will be put to good use as part of  MFT’s Governor role.

I am passionate about the NHS and its critical role within our society and will focus on understanding and valuing the views and needs of the wider-public.   Being accessible and working hard to provide a fair and balanced voice, on behalf of members, is a pledge that I will strive to keep as part of my Governor role alongside using my expertise and understanding of corporate governance to support the Trust.
