Nic has been a Non-Executive Director of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust since it was created in October 2017. He is currently Chair of the Audit Committee.
After graduating from Manchester University, Nic trained as a Chartered Accountant. He spent the majority of his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and its predecessor firms, including more than 20 years as a partner specialising in audit and assurance and risk management.
More recently, Nic has served as a Non-Executive Director in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
