Staff Governor for Medical and Dental

I have been a Consultant Anaesthetist since 2006 at Trafford General Hospital having  a single ambition of improving patient care in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary care.

My experiences gained from the various roles held as a Consultant, Audit Lead, Acute Pain Lead, Preop Lead, Chairman at Department of Anaesthesia and Chairman of MFT Hindu Network,  feel will be beneficial and appropriately applied to my role as Staff Governor.

A key focus in my Governor role will be  actively representing the interests of  members of staff to the Board of Directors.

I will support the Board of Directors in making improvements to patient care and exploring new and novel ways to deliver safe and compassionate healthcare for all alongside supporting the Trust’s staff health and wellbeing programme.
