Norma joined MFT in September 2024 and brings with her significant experience of nearly 40 years in healthcare, including more than 20 years in Board-level/Executive roles. With leadership responsibilities for people functions including organisational development, she has worked in a number of large, complex multi-million pound organisations across a wide range of healthcare settings. Norma is passionate about improving care for patients and supporting staff wellbeing and development. In addition to her work for trusts, Norma acted as a specialist advisor to the Care Quality Commission for 10 years.
