Click the ‘Forgot Username?’ button, which appears below the username and password fields on the portal. Fill out the requested information. If this information matches our records then a reminder message will be sent to the user’s email account.

Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button, which appears below the username and password fields on the portal. Fill out the requested information. If this information matches our records then an email prompt will be sent to the user instructing them to set up a replacement password.
Other issue?
- Unable to log in to MyMFT on different computers?
- Logged out immediately upon interacting with the system?
- Unable to log in via Internet Explorer after doing so successfully on other browsers?
The most common remedy for these issues is to change to a different web browser and attempt to sign in using this alternative browser.
